    I am a graduate of the University of Hartford (AAS) and the University of Connecticut (BA/MA).  I am currently the Chief Operating Officer for the ARRL, the national association for Amateur Radio.  I am also the Publisher of QST magazine. Prior to joining the ARRL, I worked in the cable television and broadcast industries.
